Jessper Maquindang

With over 15 years of experience leading diverse teams, Jessper understands the rewarding
impact of creating workplace cultures that embrace collaboration and innovation. His passion for
creative brainstorming and continuous improvement drives him to experiment with new ideas
and explore better ways of doing things. Jessper graduated from the University of Southern
California
, where he completed his Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership. In addition,
Jessper is an award recipient of Santa Clarita Valley's “40 Under Forty” award, acknowledging his significant leadership contributions to the community.

Jessper has served as an executive board member for JCI USA (Junior Chamber International, USA). JCI USA is a national organization focused on providing development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. Jessper also serves as mentor to leaders in JCI and students at the University of Southern California.

 

Outside of the work environment, Jessper enjoys training for marathons, reading business books, and traveling around the country.

Jessper has been a featured as a special guest on highly-regarded podcast shows that rank in the top 5% globally.
